But some of us still feel the weighty feelings of not doing things right. This is not because you have not done your best, but because you are still craving for certain habits that you need to desist from.

1 Mediate 

This is very close to reminding yourself of positive things. There is power in meditation. It does not only allow you to see things from a different angle, but it also helps you to know what to do when you are confronted with different people and challenges. 

2. Eat a healthy breakfast 

Most of us like eating carb in the morning, thinking it will fill us for the rest of the day. But in reality, it is not. A healthy breakfast includes lean protein, fats (healthy ones) and whole grains. A healthy breakfast gives you the needed energy and will help you to concentrate more and be more focused.

3. Exercise 

Most of us don’t do this, we have to be honest. It may be because some of us don’t know the importance of exercise. You may think that you will definitely waste your time if you engage in an exercise. But that’s not true. Exercise will help you to be physically fit and prevent you from many health diseases that put threats on your work abilities. 

4. Go for Vitamins 

Vitamins are very important to everyone’s health. Apart from helping the nervous system, vitamins, for example, B12, can help you gain more energy to help you boost your working abilities.  

5. Get the work started 

It is important you do things, especially the most important or most tedious ones early in the morning because the brain is still fresh at that time. So, instead of roaming about or doing less important things, it is best you spend time on important tasks.
